We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users ‘needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (eg how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. We use a number of external web services on our site to display content within our pages. For example, we use YouTube to display video. As with the social buttons, we cannot prevent these sites, or external domains, from collecting information on your use of the content we embed on our site.

Our Facebook page uses a chat bot service called ManyChat.  This will interact with you through our Facebook Messenger and show you content should you choose to use it.  It will need your permission each time it shares content with you, so if you stop requesting content, it will stop contacting you. The information you provide to ManyChat, such as the transcript and the public information shared on your Facebook profile, will be stored by ManyChat to improve the chat bot experience.
